Artist's CD Portfolio Service

Tired of messing with old fashioned slides? Present your artwork in digital clarity and make it available for viewing to anyone who has access to a computer.

The other day, I was about to submit a set of slides to a jury for a high caliber Fine Art show coming up, and on the application, instead of insisting on slides, this outfit stated that a CD presentation of your work was the preferred format for submission over slides. I was tickled pink. I hate messing with slides, but love digital imagery and am very experienced at creating digital presentations. I proceeded to put together a demonstration, burn a CD and mail it off, happy as a clam. I'm sure there are plenty of other folks out there who could use this service and if you are one of them, I am happy to offer several packaging options to meet your needs.

Packages Available:

Package A: The Jury Presentation

This package is intended to be distributed as submission material to juried shows as a small sampling of your best and most recent work. It is an automated slide show, but includes navigational buttons. Beside each slide is displayed the specifics about the piece (title, medium, dimensions, etc.)

• Includes  processing up to 6 images
• Design of interface presentation
• Contact information
• Master CD (You can make more copies any time) in slim jewel case
• Delivered to you within a week
• Cost is $95

Package B: The Gallery Presentation

This self-introduction package is intended to be distributed as submission material to Galleries for consideration. It is an automated slide show, but includes navigational buttons and links to additional information, files, or URL's. Beside each slide is displayed the specifics about the piece (title, medium, dimensions, etc.)

• Includes  processing up to 15 images
• Up to 5 scenes of additional material of your choosing (bio, exhibits, public works, etc). This material can be displayed as part of the presentation, or can be launched from the presentation as a native document (e.g., launch a prepared PDF or Word document).
• Design of interface presentation
• Introduction and contact pages
• Can include sound files
• Master CD (you can make more copies any time) in slim jewel case
• Delivered to you in two to three weeks.
• Cost is $195

Package C: The Catalog Presentation

This package is intended as a catalog of your work and can be presented to galleries, dealers, collectors, or just as an archive of your lifetime body of work. This is an interactive slide show with navigational buttons and links. Works can be grouped under different category titles (e.g., "Seascapes", "Landscapes", or "Works 1986-1990", "Works 1991-1995" etc.) Beside each slide is displayed the specifics about the piece (title, medium, dimensions, etc.)

Package D: Duplications

With packages A, B, and C, only the master CD is created and shipped to you. You may burn as many CD's as you want to from the master on your own computer if you have the computer hardware to do it, or if you would like duplications made, that service is available as well. 

• Includes design of CD label imprinted onto CD
• Full color CD's in slim cases
• Cost is $5 per copy, 100 copies or less. $3.50 per copy for orders of over 100.

Updating Your Presentation

Your finished presentation can be easily updated at any time for a fraction of the cost of the original presentation. Just send me the new images (or information) and I'll update your presentation and burn a new master CD. The cost for maintenance is $5 per image or updated page. 

For example, if you order the Jury Presentation for $95 and want to submit 4 new slides 6 months later to a different show, the updated presentation will only cost $20. Or, if you order the Catalog Presentation at $395 and want a second CD with the same presentation, but 40 different slides, the second CD will only cost $200.
